MY work
2022 - 2026
my approach
Research
I focus on guerrilla quantitative data gathering through interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
I develop dashboards and leverage analytics while collaborating with data/ decision scientists, using qualitative data to inform my design decisions.
Ideate
Based on the prioritization results, I brainstorm solutions with different stakeholders and identify opportunities where UX and UI can support users. With tools like Miro or Figjam, I collaborate remotely with teams of devs, PMs, and other stakeholders, trying to move to prototyping as soon as possible.

Empathize
There is no user experience without users. When it comes to empathizing, I focus on learning from them directly. AI augments my ability to gather, clean, and organize interviews, identify patterns, and successfully be present and intentional in user interactions.
Prototype
I quickly transform the user experience process into a rough, testable, and easy-to-criticize model of the proposed solution. For Data Viz., I focus on content-based wireframing before leveraging design systems or creating new UI, saving my teams a sizeable amount of time per project.
Define
Based on research data and HCD prioritization methods, I identify user behavioral patterns and narrow down their most prominent pains/ areas of opportunity within the project context. I am particularly skilled at creating journey maps and untangling complex workflows.
Test
Even though validation has been ongoing throughout this process, I fight for formal testing to be required before releasing any iteration. I test quickly and often, and try to involve users as much as possible in the entire design process.
